APP REQUEST

Submit a request for a standard tenant app or a fully branded white-label app. This is not just a simple login request, but the onboarding start for your own IPTV product with a clear model, pricing, and activation flow.

You can request the `tenant` model on the main CaffePlayer app or the `branded` model with your own separate application and identity.

The more precisely you describe what you want, the faster the right tenant, branded app, pricing, and onboarding flow can be prepared.
SUBMIT REQUEST
Fill in the basic information and describe exactly what you want. This form serves as a serious onboarding request, not a generic contact form.
For the tenant model, the user will later enter this in the main CaffePlayer app.
Example of a good note: “I want a branded app named Arena Vision TV with my own logo, dark-gold colors, separate annual pricing, and a WhatsApp support contact.”

TENANT
Main app
The tenant model means you use the main CaffePlayer application. Your account, package, features, and access are separated through the tenant code.
One main application is used for multiple clients.
The user enters the tenant code in the app before login.
The fastest and simplest model to get started.
Suitable when you do not need a separate name and separate application identity.
BRANDED
Dedicated app
The branded model means you get your own dedicated application with your own name, logo, colors, and separate app credentials. The end user does not enter the tenant.
A dedicated application identity for your brand.
The tenant exists internally, but the user does not see it or enter it.
Separate pricing and a separate onboarding flow are possible.
Suitable for a serious white-label presence toward your own users.

What happens after submission: the admin first reviews the request, confirms which app model you really want, then manually creates the client, configures the package, and if needed the branded data. Only after that do you receive final access and activation.

What to include if you request a branded app The app name, whether you want your own logo, approximate colors, whether you need a separate package name, a separate support email, and what billing model you want.
What to include if you request a tenant app The desired tenant code, the name you will operate under, your basic contact details, and whether you want standard or custom package pricing.
Important note Submitting this form does not give you instant automatic activation. This is a request that the admin reviews and approves manually so the setup is accurate and professional.
